My unit’s computer ram runs fine with my basic net surfing, YouTube, face book, and other socio-cultural web consumption, but I was wondering if it can do more. I’ve read around that older games can actually run on the net book platform with Dell memory. As a gaming columnist, I plan to push my net book’s laptop memory into new heights. To set the expectations, it can’t run the sims2. I also tried to install age of empires 3, but there’s something about the resolution not compatible for this card (As stated by the error message.) But I was able to test it on ‘quake live’, and it ran perfectly. Also some of the open source games can be played, all you need is a little computer memory. But once you’ve boosted up your bad boy to a 2 GHZ, you’ll be playing half-life, diablo2, and torchlight in no time. So to answer the question, yes, you can play on the net book. All you need is a little expansion of your laptop memory.
