When I was young, I always dreamed of getting into Brown. I don’t know why I have been fixated with that school. When I assess it, it must be because of my aunt who used to teach there. She would say it was the best time of her academic career. She had to retire early because of health-related reasons. When I was about to graduate from high school, she talked to me about getting into Brown. My grades were fantastic. The only concern she had was the way I’d write my admissions paper. I think what really sealed the deal (I got into Brown eventually), was the fact that I sought help on admission essay editing.
