1201 is the newest food concept our brand engineering company has created. It is simply a dining experience in the outer space. The façade, the fixtures, interiors and exteriors are all wildly futuristic looking. We did not have to invent a whole new set of alien life forms to dominate the design details spread across the alien estate because there are so many brands and existing characters to play with.

Every single detail to the restaurant contributed to the overall alien outlook. Doorknobs, lights, baby seats, forks, spoons, knives, plates and the like are just some to name thousands of other elements that played minute but important roles. One of my favorites was the Star Wars inspired
salt and pepper shakers. Little Yodas in miniature modes and realistic colors dominated each set table. There were a lot of salt and pepper shakers available from the supplier but Yoda is a classic piece and deserves this recognition.

Servers, food handlers, security personnel, kitchen and counter crew also had to be live alien life forms. The concept had to be one solid outer space theme and there was nothing left to compromise the look, feel and alien extraterrestrial experience.

It was not for long till we have earned the respects of the humans and the footfall that we needed to make a resounding launch. We were not just a palatable destination. We staged our own theme park that proved to be most talked about concept restaurants in the region.
